Chillicothe STEM offers an aeronautics progression to students through the VOICE component. 🛫 🚁
Check out the first course, offered in kindergarten, Flyers and Gliders in Nature. Students learn about seeds that glide and birds that fly, and explore how aeronautics is based off of these principles and observations. 🙌 💙

We honored our Fall All-FAC athletes at last night’s board meeting - We are so proud of all of these exceptional student-athletes! We were led in the Pledge of Allegiance by Evelyn Hamman, Isabella Witte, and Campbell McAllister. Continue making us proud, Cavaliers! 💙

Congratulations to all of our students who earned their best PR score on the STAR reading test! There were 106 students in all. Congratulations, Cavs, we’re proud of you!💙

Our 2nd Grade music program - Music in Motion - is this Thursday, November 20th!

The Blue Team will take the stage at 5:00PM, and the White Team will follow at 6:00PM!

We would just like to remind everyone that there will be no school for our 7th - 12th grade students tomorrow, November 14th. The CMS/CHS building and District Office will be closed.

Preschool - 6th grade (Chillicothe STEM Preschool, Chillicothe Primary School, and Chillicothe Intermediate School) will be in session, as regularly scheduled.

Congratulations to Cannan Smith on his national letter of intent signing with Ohio University to continue his academic and athletic career as a member of the Bobcats Wrestling Team!

Our students are having a wonderful time in The Big Apple -- New York City! They have gotten to visit landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty, explore Chinatown, and visit the 9/11 Museum.

🌰🌱🌳🪾Our 3rd grade has been immersed in an integrated life science study. Students completed a model of a botany field science study during a field experience at Buzzard’s Roost. In classrooms, they prepared for and built from experiences to practice math, literacy and science standards. 🥼Using the scientific method and pill bugs, students explored their inherited traits science standard with a hands on lab. And, after 3 years of training in the engineering design process at Chillicothe Primary, students collaborated to design creative solutions to a challenge related to seed dispersal. 🌰🌳
