It's Friday, so we're back with another Top 10 Spotlight! Hi! My name is Katherine McCallum, and I am a senior here at CHS. I am a member of the National Honor Society and also participate in our school's student council. Additionally, I am heavily involved in sports and extracurricular activities within our school, particularly enjoying cross country, swimming, and track. After I graduate, I plan to attend a college of my choice to pursue exploratory studies, aiming to broaden my education across various fields before determining the right career path for me. None of this would have been possible without the support of everyone in my life, so I want to extend my gratitude to all who have helped me in my endeavors. Thank you, Mom and Dad, for putting up with my shenanigans, and to my brother for teaching me them. I also want to give a big shout out to the coaches and staff who have played a significant role in shaping my life and worldview; I wouldn't be who I am today without you.

Here is our next Top 10 Spotlight: Thomas Kessler! My name is Thomas Kessler, and over the course of my high school career, I have participated in the cross country team, the swim team, the track team, as well as school organizations such as the National Honor Society. Probably my favorite memory from my high school career was the entire time I spent at cross country camp. I plan on going to school at Shawnee State University to study Nursing and continue swimming. I would like to thank my family and friends for all that they've done for me over the years, and for all of the fun times.

Happy Monday everyone! We are pleased to introduce our next Top 10 student, Alexander Graves. Hello, I am Xander Graves. I am a member of the National Honor Society and Keys to Success. I have plans to study Physics and pursue my graduate degree in Nuclear Physics. My goal is to either work at a nuclear reactor or further research for safer and more effective means of using nuclear energy. Away from academics, I like to tinker with electronics, melt down metals, work out, and play games with my friends. I would like to thank all of my teachers whom I have had over the years. I would especially like to thank Mr. Keirns, who helped me plan my classes and made learning history interesting. I also can't forget to thank Mr. Queen, who no longer works at CHS but is the reason why I am pursuing a career in science. If either of you is reading this, thank you both, truly.
